Your initial Naturopathic Visit involves a thorough discussion about your specific health concerns, current health status and includes a relevant physical exam. We will dive into any underlying imbalances and root causes of your symptoms so that specific and effective natural treatments can be recommended. I am a HUGE fan of baby steps and I will support your progress while you work towards the best and healthiest version of yourself.

 

Follow-up Naturopathic Visits provide the opportunity to check in, make amendments to your treatment plan and to troubleshoot obstacles along the way. Acupuncture, dietary, supplement and lifestyle advice is given during these visits. The frequency of follow-up visits is unique for each individual and is dependent upon your health goals and treatment plan. In the initial stages of treatment, follow-up visits are more frequent to ensure accountability and best results as we work towards a maintenance plan. If it has been more than a year since your last visit, please book a long follow-up visit so that we can ensure time to discuss any changes.

The Initial Acupuncture Visit includes a thorough discussion surrounding your main concern, a basic physical exam and an acupuncture treatment.

 

Follow-up Acupuncture Visits include acupuncture treatment and are typically scheduled once weekly for 4-6 weeks.

 

Please note that acupuncture is the only treatment that will be provided during these visits. If you would like Naturopathic advice about diet, supplements and lifestyle choices please book an Initial Naturopathic appointment so that we may discuss your health concerns in more detail.

Phone and/or Skype Consults are always available for current patients who find themselves too busy, too far or too unwell to make it into the office.
